Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention of said Board to make the following described de-scribed improvements, to-wit; To create the south side of Cook street between Adams and Jefferson avenues ave-nues as a sidewalk district, and to construct therein five foot concrete sidewalks four inches thick, together with all intersections and the necessary neces-sary grading therefor, and to defray the whole of the cost thereof, estimated esti-mated at $450.00, by a local assessment assess-ment upon the lots and pieces at ground lying and being within the following district, being the district to bo affected and benefited by said improvements, to-wit; All the land lying between the outer boundary lines of said street and a line drawn fifty feet outward from and parellel to said boundary lines on tho south side of the street, being part of Lots 15 to 23. inclusive, and all of Lots 24 and 25, all in Block 1, CropseyB Addition; also on all of Lots 17 and 18, and on part of lots 19 to 26, inclusive, in-clusive, all in Block 2, Cropseys Addition, Addi-tion, all in Ogden City Survey. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such intention must be presented in writing to the City Recorder on or before the 17th day of July, 1915, at 10 o'clock a. m that being the time set by said Board of Commissioners when they will hear and consider such objections as may be made thereto, at the Mayor's office, of-fice, at the City Hall, Ogden City, Utah.
