Show COMPANY B AGAIN PUNISES MINE Company B, Utah National Guards, held a meeting last night and voted to remove the name of Luther Ml-Bride Ml-Bride from its roll. In connection with this action, the following statement state-ment was prepared by a specially appointed ap-pointed committee and approved by the company: "To Whom It May Concern: After reading the several articles published in our local papers concerning con-cerning the court-martial, fine and arrest of Prlvato Luther McBride. compauy B, First infantry. National Guard of Utah, we, members of said company, at a regular business meeting, meet-ing, held on the evening of March 6, -do hereby repudiate the statements made by the above Luther McBride through the columns of the said news- pa pel ; "We. as members of company B. understood the case oi uther McBride Mc-Bride thoroughly and concur in all the acts of the court as Justifiable. In fact, at times: ire thought that the court was too lenient with him We would state further that in every trial held by the court Private McBride pleaded guilty to the charges preferred pre-ferred against him We also wish to slate that as McBride did nut see tit to abide by the oath and obligation taken by Wim. conforming to the laws of his state and country, we therefore have unanimously voted him out of the organisation (Signed) "CO.
