Show I . Society VISITED IN OGDEN. Mrs. .John I. Tin&man who has been an Ogden visitor, ihe puest of her parents Mr and Mrs Thomas YV Mathews, left yesterday afternoon for her home m Pittbburg, Pa. MRS. JOHN KNIGHT HONORED. Tuesday afternoon and evening. Mrs John Knlghl of 2lm;.: Monroe ave nue, was the complimented gueet at j a pleasant party given in honor of her 74th birthday. Late In the afternoon a nicely prepared pre-pared dinner was served, covers being laid for the following: Mr. and Mrs J. II. Knight. Mr and Mrs. H. C. Holley, Mr. ind Mrs. Y A. Knight, Mr. and Mrs. Albert tntcxi, Mr and Mrs. John Hipwell, Mr. and Mrs. J J Kumiss, Mrs. Mary G. Iliatt, Mrs Ellen Richardson, Mrs. Charles chase and Mrs. Nettle Eceles. The evening was sp nt in social chat, reminiscences of the early daya being enjoyed by all present Mrs. Knight received the best wishes of her friends. SENIOR DANCE TONIGHT. At 8:30 this evening the seniors of the Ogden high school will give a dancing partv In the assembly hall at the school. The auditorium has been beautifully decorated for the occasion with blue and orange streamers and Christmas colors Miss Anna Watson ! Miss Mable Williams. Jack Tackett. L. Collins and Cyril Jonnings form the decorative committee and thej young people have put forth their best efrorts in beautifying the hall G Halch, Ed Dills. H. A most enjoyable party was given by the K. of P. lodge last evening, in ihe beautiful home of the organization organiza-tion on Grant, avenue Members and their families to the number of about 100 were present and progressive high-five was played.
