A. ileinaii, the contractor, to assign his paiug contracts with tbC city to the National Bank of the Republic Re-public of Salt Lake. The attorney stated that the city could raise no Objection to the assignment, if the rights of the city were protected In I every other respect, which would' have to be done under the terms ot ; the assignment. The petition for the establishment of a sewer district on Jacfeson avenue, ave-nue, between Twentieth aud Twenty first streets, was referred to the superintendent su-perintendent of streets as was also the petition for an arc llRht on Nineteenth Nine-teenth street and Park avenue. The communication of N P. Larson respecting alleged water rights on S.mth Fork was referred to the Com-mlttee Com-mlttee ol the whole and the city at ; torney.
