The case of Ogden City vs. Pearl Kramer was dismissed by the judge, on motion of the assistant city attorney, at-torney, Sho was charged with lewd and lascivious conduct and was arrested ar-rested Saturday morning at the Utah hotel on Twenty-second street. She was tried Saturday and her attorney, W. W. Ilarcoinbe, objected to the introduction in-troduction of evidence on account of a technicality In tho complaint. His objection was sustained by the judge and the attorney for the city moved for a dismissal or te case. W M. Coats was arraigned on a charge of disturbing the peace. He was represented by Attornoy Har-combc Har-combc who asked for a change if venue. The request was granted and the trial will be held later. |
