Show LONDON AGENT APPOINTED. Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, .March 2. Miguel Covarrublas, who held a diplomatic diplo-matic position under the Madero government gov-ernment was appointed today as confidential con-fidential agent of the Mexican constitutionalists consti-tutionalists nt London. It was believed be-lieved this action of General Carranza had connection with tho recent international in-ternational representations in the case of W. S. Benton, tho British subject, executed at Juarez, Mexico. Tho appointment to London of Co varrublas, it was pointed out, would make possible dealings with the insurgents insur-gents of Mexico by the British foreign for-eign office, which accordingly would not have opportunity to say that connection con-nection with Carranza's government was so remote that it would be necessary neces-sary lo deal through the American department of state.
