While waiting wait-ing for his train to return to Washington Wash-ington early today, Speaker Champ Clark, who delivered an address here last night, was informed of the latest turn in the Mexican situation. He expressed hope that a peaceful solution solu-tion of the question could be found. "But," he declared with emphasis, "congress will back up the president. There will be no division between the president and congress on that question. Tho whole country will stand behind the president."
