May 13 The postot-fice postot-fice department today announced the promotion of Alfred E Pritchard. cashier of the Salt Lake postoffice, to the position of assistant postmaster, postmas-ter, to take effect Ma 15 Mr. Pritchard. a few days ago, was named ris superintendent of finance of the Salt Lake postoffice.
