Lee murder trial Tbe defense de-fense is occupying the stand and after Lee's testimony was completed this forenoon a number of other Koreans were examined. The defense will continue with its witnesses when court opens tomorrow and hope Is maintained main-tained by court officials that the case will go to the jury some time to morrow The attorneys for the defendant are putting in a strong plea for their client cli-ent on the ground that Lee killed D. K Koo purely in self-defense. It is alleged that Koo attacked Lee with a drawn knife. It has developed from the testlnions of both the state and the defendant's witnesses that Koo was a, dangerous mail Lee. testifying In his own behalf, s.iid thai ' Kon was wanted in Korea on a 'hart; I of murder. |
