Show BOND ELECTION ON TUESDAY NEXT The city commissioners issued the following appeal to the taxpayers yes- I terday i "To the Taxpayers of Ogden City On Monday next. July 28, 1913. you will vote for or against the Issue of $75,000 Water Works Department bonds to be used in building the dam in South Fork Canyon, in order to store sufficient water for the dry mon'bs of July. AuguRt and Beptem ber of each year "If you vote for the bonds, the V. ter Works Department will pay the Interest on the bonds and also pay the bonds as they mature from rev- i enue derived from the department If you do not vote for tho loud?. II will be absolutely necessary to levy an additional special tax of six mills If the bonds are voted, the tax levy will be reduced two mills as compared with 1912 "You are therefore requested to carefully consider the matter before i casting vour vote.
