Show CLOUDBURST IS II CAUSE OF DELAY II Southern Pacific passenger trains, which were tied up last night on account ac-count of the cloudburst near Elko yes- I J terday afternoon, are arriving this aiternoon, the trouble having been Assistant Superintendent H. L Bell of the Southern Pacific stated this morning that the dolay was caused by debris being washed upon the : tracks by the flood.
