But why should the Examiner Exam-iner complain of the Standard Ijc ause II bid 16 cents an Inch, when the E.t aaainer bid less than 7 cents (or the tax lilt, and had to furnish extr.i white paper to meet Its obligation? Poor old Armstrong says the Stand ard charged more than 15 cents n iac-li when the Standard publisher was mayor of Ogden. That Is true, but the contract was made long be fore the Standard publisher became mayor. The Examiner will have to present something new to the people of Og-den, Og-den, If It hopes to keep Its subscription subscrip-tion list. |
