Lots. Sale of Return Moneys Fees and Hues to Treasurer The Sexton is hereby empowered to sell lots in said cemetery, and to collect before- occupancy all amounts arising from such sales, and all moneys, dues and fees collected by him shall be turned into the City Treasury as of ten as once a month.
