E. Whalen Notwithstanding his Intense sufferings, suf-ferings, the man still has will power enough to desire to go on with the treatment, O'Brien has been in the jail about ten days, following a long sentence given him by Judge Reeder. Dr. Whalen Wha-len started the treatment soon after the man began to serve time and everything ev-erything went well until last night. The doctor had succeeded in getting most of the "dope" from the fellow's ejslem when the breakdown came The man began to scream and kick, and Jailer Hagbort Anderson hurried to the cell to find O'Brien lying on the bottom of the steel cell bumping his head on the hard floor.
