Show NEW HOUSE IN CAUCUS A. Mitchell Palmer to Succeed Burleson as Chairman Washington, March 5. Democratic members of the new house of representatives repre-sentatives assembled here for tho first time today, not in formal session as part of the now congress, but in caucus to organize for the work of the coming session.
