Miss Lena accompanied her mother. Mr. Shumway died of tphoid, and was buried 011 Sunday Mr. and Mrs. H. Mortison left here 011 their return trip to Diaz, Mexico, on the 24th. Several went from Ileucfer to the funeral of Ida Tootle at Croyden on the aist. This is the second voting daughter that Mr. and Mrs. H. Toonc have lost in a few months, and the people here extend their svmpa-! thy in their hour of affliction. Messrs. Kphraim Johnston and Hrneat llrewer returned home 1 from Wvoniiug during the week Mr. J. V. Pickering, of Salt Lake, gave a show here that was well atttuded. Joseph Reese and J. Walker, were home iiussiatiarics here ou1 Sunday last. They also perfected per-fected the Y. M. I. A. organization organiza-tion iu the evening. Mr. Albert Richins of Grouse Creek, who has just returned front a mission to l!ugtaml,made a brief visit here to sec his tela-tives tela-tives during the week. t Mrs. Hmma Grose of Ogden was visiting friends and relatives here this week . |
