The design Is the work of Erneit Flsgg, the New York architect who designed the buildings build-ings of the Naval Academy at Annapolis, Annap-olis, the Corcoran art gallery In Washington Wash-ington and other well-known buildings. Tho work will be crowded with naval embloms snd decorstlons The top will be surmounted by a quadriga of seahorses. sea-horses.
