Show News Notes From Lark Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Fahrni and Miss Maxine Fahrni were the guests of Dr. Frazier Tuesday evening, accompanying them was Fred Wagner, Lark's popular butcher. Mr. and Mrs. John Prowse, Jr. and Roy Kuphaldt were Bingham Bing-ham visitors Sunday evening. They were accompanied back by Reno, the young" son of Mr. and Mrs. Albino Parasentti. A number of Lark's basketball basket-ball fans attended the game played at the Bingham High School Gym between Jordan and Bingham on Friday last; and amongst those attending were Ruby Peterson, Alice Hatt, Louise Lou-ise Fisher, Grace Miller, Roland Peterson, La Mont, Ralph and Wayne Turpin, Scott and Stanley Stan-ley Arnold and La Veil Nell. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Magee were Riverton guests Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Vern Hoaglund, Miss Eva Hoaglund and Miss G. Birch, of Mid vale, were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. William Webb Saturday. Mrs. Dewey Nelson and eon, Frank, were the guests of Mrs. Graves, of Sandy, on Thursday. The young ladies of the M. I. A. of the L. D. S. church entertained enter-tained on Tuesday evening in honor of Mrs. E. J. Wykert. Games were played after which refreshments were served. Ernest Silcox visited with his family at West Jordan Wednesday. Wednes-day. Mr. and Mrs. R. P. Nell motor ed to Salt Lake Friday evening and were accompanied back by their sons, Glenn and Marvel, who are attending the U. of U. Wayne Turpin spent the week end in Bingham where his presence pres-ence is always appreciated by the gentler sex. Mrs. Dave Magee returned from American Fork the past week after spending several days there with relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Perry were Herriman visitors this week. Mr. ' and Mrs. II. Bateman were Murray visitors Monday. Mrs. Bishop, of Salt Lake City was the guest of her daughter, Mrs. John Christensen the past week. I In honor of the appointment of "Buller" to a position on the Butterfield side of the U. S. workings a dance was given this week. A large number from Lark attended and thoroughly enjoyed the celebration. Refresh men ts were served. Altho Archie Park will be com pelled to submit to an operation on his right wrist in the near future he won't admit it was caused by placing his arm a-round a-round any girl's neck. The Bluff dale Dramatic Club gave one of their popular entertainments enter-tainments at the Lark Recreation Recrea-tion Hall this week which was much appreciated and well ' attended. at-tended. . f Mr. and Mrs. R.
