Show uu OLSEN EXPECTS A. E. Olsen, who was sentenced to a fino of $100 by Judge John A. Marshall Mar-shall of the federal court, has served thirty days in the county Jail but he will "bo taken before United States Commissioner S. T. Com this afternoon after-noon to testify regarding his financial condition. Mr Olsen will say to the commis sioner that ho is impecunious and mat it is Impossible for him to paj- the balance of the fine. On this showing, it is expected that he will be released, as he was assumed of this by some of the officers at the time of his sentence. sen-tence. Olsen, it will be remembered, pleaded plead-ed guilty before Judge Marshall to violating the Interstate commerce law by writing a pass-ticket and riding on It from Cobre, Nov , to Ogden.
