Show MRS. PACE IS GRANTED ALIMONY In Judge Harris' division of the district court this morning, In tho case of Mary Pace against B. F. Pace, the plaintiff was granted $25 a month temporary alimony, beginning June 20, and $50 attorney fees, $25 of which shall be paid In July and $25 in September of this jear. Hearing on the order to show cause, In the case of P A. DIx against Mary McGrath et al was continued until June 28. The demurrer in tho case of Sar-ahan Sar-ahan Child against Theodore Child, was overruled and the defendant given giv-en ten days to answer Hearing of the demurrer, in the suit of Mark L. Jenne against Brigham M. Robinson, was continued one week, due to the absence of one of the attorneys at-torneys in tho case In tho matter of tho estate of Daniel Dan-iel A. Murray, deceased, and also the estate and guardianship of Robert A. Murray et al., minors, the consideration, considera-tion, of potitions for settlement of the account and for the granting of letters let-ters of administration were continued for an Indefinite time, because of the illness of Attorney John C.
