The members of tho committee are J. V. Nelson, W. M. Bostaph, H. C. Wardlelgh, J. A. Wear and C. W. Had ley. Seven thousand Grand Army sou- i venlr flag buttons have been purchased purchas-ed These will be dlstrubuted to tho pupils of tho schools on next Thursday, Thurs-day, at the several school buildings, as a reminder that Flag day is coming. It Is oxpected that every pupil will wear the button on that day. Twelve beautiful silk flags, ixoj feet, have been purchased, one for each of the public 3choale, and will bo presented to tho schools at the City Hall park on Flag day. It 1b arranged that the pupils of all our schools, with their teachers, will assemble at the City Hall park at 2:30 p. nu and there form in columns, each child with his own school at tho places to bo marked Tho presentation of the flags will then be made with such ceremonies an are suitable for the occasion. Aftor the presentation of the flags, a hue will be formed by all the schools, and will march down Washington avenue ave-nue to Twenty-second stroot and countermarch to the City Hall park. It has boon arranged that during the ceremonies i'nd tho march, moving pictures will be takon. It Is oxpected that Governor William Wil-liam Spry and his staff, and other prominent officials and citizens will bo present and tako part in tho ceremonies. cere-monies.
