July started at 111 1-2 to Hl3-4c; tho same change from laet night, as tho market taken as a whole. A decllno to 110 3-4 followed. Corn at the outset showed some firmncas, but tho market lator reacted with wheat. There were also predictions predic-tions of continued big shipments from Argentina. July opened 1-8 hlghor at 75 3-4, touched 75 3-47-8 and then sagged to 75 3-S. There was but little support for oats. Accordingly the cereal dragged lower, Influenced by the course of other oth-er grains. July started at a shade off to l-Sl-4 up at 50 1-4 to 50 1-2 and fell back to 50 oven Weakness at the yards pulled down provisions Prices, however, seemed inclined to hold steady at a moderate docllne. First sales ranged from a shade to 7 l-2c down with September options $18 50 for pork: $10 80 for lard and $10 37 1-2 to $10 40 for ribs. |
