Two persons per-sons were killed, two seriously hurt and several others slightly Injured tonight when a Union Pacific trnln hit a street car at a grade crossing at Forty-sevonth and Gilpin streets Tho de2d: CHARLES STROHM. Denver, concussion of the brain. The street car was Inbound aud carried a trailer. At the crossing Conductor J. A. Auerback of the trail, or ran ahead to open a switch. Union Pacific train No. 103, outbound, was within 200 yards of the train, according accord-ing to witnesses, when the switch was opened for the car to cross the tracks.
