I bureau, held yestorday in the Salt I Lake offices of Wlllard Hansen, state jl dairy and food commissioner, tho question of legulating tho condition I and sale of eggs was discussed Many 1 K complaints have been received recent- j I ly by tho commissioner that dozens of jl spoiled eggs were being sold on the m market as fresh eggs. The responst- IBJ blllty for this condition was charged jjfc by the bureau to the practice of tarra- 9K ers and poultrymen of holding tho jK eggs for high prices. IB In order to warn those responsible, j tho bureau decided to adopt a form of jB placard issued by the Kansas state B board of health on which tho warning 'jw and ponaltles for violation ar printed JJim in large letters. These placards will &jfi be posted in conspicuous places about r UB the rural districts and in the produce D houses and markets.
