Show IjEGAL NOTICE TO WATER USERS. Stato Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, May 1, 1912. Notice Is hereby given that .William .Wil-liam Glasmnnn, whoso postoffice address ad-dress is Ogden, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements pf the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Ses-sion Lawg of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate twenty-five thousand (25,000) acre-feet of water from South Fork of Ogden River, Weber County, Utah. Said water will bo stored during the period from January Janu-ary 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, in a reservoir embraced in Sections 4j 5 and 6, Township 6 north, Range 3 cast; Sections 32 and 33, Township 7 north, Range 3 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. The center of nhe. impounding dam is situated at a, point which bears north 40 degrees de-grees 38 miuutoB east 3,958 7 feet distant dis-tant of the northwest corner of Section Sec-tion 5, Township C north, Range 3 east. The water so stored will be released during the period from May 1 to No-Yembor No-Yembor 30, Inclusive, 'of e'ach year, and allowed to flow down the natural channels of the South Fork of Ogden River and Wobor River'to the following follow-ing described points: First, south 860 feet distant of the north quarter corner of Section 14, Township 6 north, Range 1 east, Salt Lake base and 'meridian. Second, north 12 degrees, de-grees, 11 minutes oast 924.9 feet distant dis-tant of the southwest corner of Section Sec-tion 23, TownBhip 6 north, Range 1 west Salt Lake base and meridian. Third, south 50 degrees 10 minutes west 2,560 feet distant of the north-easb north-easb corner of Section 23, Township 6 north, Range 2 west, Salt Lake baso and meridian Part of said water will be recovered at the point first abovo described and conveyed by means of a canal for a distance of approximately 8 miles and there used i to Irrigate 11,920 acres of land om-I om-I braced in Sections 3, 4, 5. S. 9, 10, 11, 4, 15, 16. 17. IS, 20, 21. 22. 23. 24, 25, 26 and 27, Township 5 north, Range 1 west; Sections 22, 27, 34 and 35. Township (1 north, Range 1 west, Salt Luke baso and meridian Part of said water will be conveed by means of a pipe line and a canal from the point of recovery last above described for a distance of approximately 10 miles and there used to irrigate 4,400 ncres of land embraced in Sections 3, 4, 9, 10, 15 and 16, Township 6 north, Range 1 west, Sections 19," 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, 33 and 34, Township 7 north, Range 1 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. Part of said water will bo recovered from Ogden River at 'so point second above described and convened by means of a canal for a distance of approximate 1G miles and there used to Irrigate 7,360 acres of land, embraced in Sections 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 2S, 29, 30, 31 and 32, Township 7 north, Range 2 west, Salt Lake base and merldfan Part of said water will be recovered from Weber We-ber River at tho point third aboc described and coeyed by means of a canal for a distance of approximately approxi-mately 16 miles and th-rc used to Irrigate Ir-rigate 11,680 acres of land embraced In Sections 4, 5, S, 9. 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26. 35 and 36, Township 6 north, Range 3 west. Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 4552. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons ther4-ir, must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice. no-tice.
