Show TWO MEN ARE HELD FOR BURGLARY Jacsk White and Frank Brown, tow men aged 2G and 22 years respectively, re-spectively, were arrested in the alley back of the Arlington hotel shortly after 12.30 o'clock this morning, by Officer Murphy, and charged with burglary. When taken Into custody each man had a clarlonette undor his arm, and they now stand accused of having entered the establishment of the Glen Piano company, on Hudson avenue. It Is estimated that they secured se-cured about $1.16 In money at the piano store, in addition to the two clarionettes which are valued at $35.30. Shortly after Officer Murphy started start-ed out on his beat, Wednesday night, ho sa wtwo men sneaking through the alley back of the Glen building. He arrested them, and when he made an investigation he found that the music house had been entered. A back window had been lowered and the burglars had entered In that way. The detectives claim that they have secured a confession from the two prisoners who are now at the city Jail, awaiting a hearing in police court. |
