Mrs, Florence Cash of McKlnley Heights, East St, Louis yesterday told reporters how she horsewhipped her hUBband, Elgin T Cash, a wealthy livestock dealer and Mrs. Sylvia M. Kernor, a married woman, in front of Mrs. Kerner's home, opposite Lower Grove park, St. Louis.
