Show ARMY MANEUVERS TO BE EXTENSIVE San Francisco, June 1. The mest extensive army maneuvers ever hold on the Pacific coast were outlined last night at a conference between Lieutenant Colonel William A. Nichols, chief of staff for the western division of the regular army, and Adjutant General E. A. Forbes of the national militia. The dates set aro August 9 to 23. inclusive.
