When Dr. E. M. Conroy entered his office over Chit's drug store this morning he found a young man there ahead of him, scanning the labels on the many boxes of drugs in tho office,. When ho could give no account of his actions, Dr. Conroy grasped him firmly firm-ly by the arm to hand him over to tho "police. While they were coming down the steps leading to the street. the doctor's prisoner made a lungo and succeeded In getting away. An inspection of the office disclosed thnt nothing had been taken and, as the doctor, knowing that the young man was a "dopehead," believes that cocaine or morphine was the object of the Intruder's search |
