The evidence given at tho Inquest Indicated that the switching crew of the depot company, In throwing ten loaded cars to the siding loading to tho Ice plant, near Twenty-sixth street, let them get beyond their control, con-trol, the result being that they crashed Into other cars on the track which struck cars where Mr. Moyes was working, the car near which. ho was working being forced over his body, killing h m instantly.
