Ho stated that without a single exception ex-ception his request was entortnlned favorably, and everyone who was approached ap-proached on the subject seemed eager to co-operate with the inspector In giving the cily better service. The Smith grocery has already enclosed en-closed all of Its vegetables, in glass cases, which shield the products from dust and Infection. Other groceries have adopted the screening Idea, but most of them will use glass enclos-' ures. The butchers have decided to placo all of the meats back and away from the counter so that they cannot be exposed to handling. |
