Glen LaRuc pleaded not guilty whon he was given a hearing on a chnrge of having exceeded tho speed limit with an automobile. Ho denied taking tak-ing crossings faster than six miles an hour and said he did not go ten miles an hour between crossings. His brother gave similar testimony, but both men admitted that there was no speedometer on the car.
