The man will be taken to the penitentiary peniten-tiary tomorrow. About November 20, Kimberllng stolo a horse from a Burch Creek field, which belonged to Dr E. M. Conroy, and was in the net of disposing dispos-ing of the animal In Salt Lake when ho was apprehended. The man has a wife and child residing resid-ing In this city. Thoro is another chargo of horsestealing against him, but It is thought that he will not bo prosecuted on that charge for some time, perhaps not at all. |
