Sherman and Assistant As-sistant .District Forester Timothy Hoyc From Bolso tho three foresteis will proceed to Starkcy, Idaho, where thoy will meet with tho supervisors and rangers of that district. Messrs. Sherman and Moyt have been in Idaho the past week, attending supcnisorK and rangers meetings, and It is expected that tho trio will remain in tho Gem slate at least .in-other .in-other v.eek before returning to Og-den. Og-den. The foresters aro happy over tho heavy fall of rain and snow of tho past two months, as they say It meana the saving of a great deal of money to tho forest sorvice department in tho matter of preparations for, and tho actual fighting of, forest fires. It cost much money to fight fires last year, many of which were caused by tho 'dry season of tho early part of tho year. |
