'"' NEW YORK, Aug. 15 The Stanley committee, investigating tho steel, business bus-iness of the country and the formation forma-tion and operations of the United States Steel company, has decided to subpeona John Plerpont Morgan as a witness. A process server representing rep-resenting the committee will probably prob-ably meet Mr. Morgan Wednesday, Aug. 16, when he arrives here from Europe He will bo called on to substantiate sub-stantiate portions of the testimony of George W. Perkins, his former purtner, before the committee and the statements of other witnesses. WASHINGTON, Ang. 15. A subpoena sub-poena has been isued by tho Stanley committee for J. P.
