The word "automobile" was heard "several times and 'motor cycle" was another word which came distinctly through the holo in the door. It was thought by the listeners that these vehicles ve-hicles were mentioned as other methods meth-ods of getting back to Ogden. In more guarded tone the words "10b-beiy" "10b-beiy" and "train" was mentioned before be-fore the men had passed out of the room. Informer From Omaha. It Is said that the man who had . eavesdropped was a former resident of Omaha and was at one time connect-1 od with the police force of that city. When he learned of the arrest of tho suspects in the Model rooming- house, he at- once connected tho men arrested ar-rested with the mysterious pair in the adjoining room on the night or Jan. 2, and repoited the affair to tha police. The man declined to give tho name of his companion, but it Is thought that the police learned tho Identity: later. When Chief of Police Browning was asked regarding this story by a Standard Stand-ard reporter he refused either to deny or affirm it, stating that there had been too much said already In the papers. CaptaiuBrown and Detective Joseph Jones, who left Ogden last night for .
