We will shake off some of tho spiritual lethargy leth-argy that has come with commercial life " President Harry Pratt Judson, of the University of Chicago, who presided pre-sided at the banquet, said tho reason there was so small a proportion of men in the churches today was that there were no man-sized jobs in the church. -"As soon ac you get big jobs in the church, for men to handle, they will come in," he said. "That is the sole reason why there are so few men In the church We must have less poetry po-etry and emotion and more business and action." |
