D. Murphy this morning Following Follow-ing the dismissal, Dickerson was rearrested re-arrested on a charge of lewd and lascivious las-civious conduct. An examination of the license files at the Provo court house failed to bring to light any record of such a marriage as the Smith girl contended had taken tak-en place, J According to tho officers, Dickerson might be charged with a more serious ofrenso than any yet placed against him. but because the girl insthis case Is of respectable parents, who reside in Ogden, the charge will not be pressed against him. r |
