H former chief forester. The report has H been in the possession of both the H senate and the house for some time. H but no action hns been taken on it. Hl The resolution in part reads: "It is H the sense of the senate that the flnd- Hl Ings and conclusions reported 'by the H members of the committee, that Rich- H ard A.
