It Is reported from Salt Lako early last sprjng- that Motitpeller was one of the terminal points on tho Short Line, out of which It had been decided to double track each way for a given distance and that the appropriation appro-priation had been mado for thin work That the work has not been started before now Is doubtless due to the fact that double tracking Is in progress pro-gress at several other points on tho road, where traffic is heavy at all times, and when those sections aro completed, the work will no doubt bo Btarted here, oo |
