KNOW ALL MEN' BY THESE PRESENTS that I, William Glas-ranau, Glas-ranau, Mayor of the City of Ogden, Utah, by virtue of the authority In mo vested by the State of Utah, do hereby issue the result of the special election held on June 27th, 1911, as follows towlt. Therefore, in accordance with Section Sec-tion C2 Chapter 100 of the laws passed pass-ed by the last legislature of tho State of Utah, and approved by tho Honorable Governor of said ctatc on tho 20th day of March 1911 I do hereby here-by proclaim that, in accoi dance with tj'.o will of the people of Ogden Clt as expressed at the said special election, elec-tion, the sale of intoxicant liquor shall be permitted in Ogden City after tho dato hereof, but only on compliance with the laws of tho State of Utah an'' tho ordinances of Ogden City.
