Show -lvii bervice Examinations Announced The United States Civil Service Commission announces an open competitive examination for Junior Jun-ior Repairman Trainee (Radio) Male and Female, $1440 a year for employment in the Signal Corps, War Department in the state of Utah. The examination is unassembled and applicants 'will be rated on their experience. After successful completion of a training course, trainees will be eligible for assignment to positions a $1620 a year and subsequent advancement to positions of higher high-er grades. In connection with this training program opportunity will be open to a large number of young men to enter the Enlisted Reserve of the Signal Corps and eligible persons per-sons are invited to avail themselves them-selves of the opportunity for training train-ing for this specialized branch. Persons having a Selective Service classificaion of 1-A w-ho are willing will-ing to enlist in the Reserve of the Signal Corps are especially desired. Ample training opportunities exist, however, for qualified persons who are not within enlistment age, who are not physically qualified for active ac-tive service, or who do not wish to enter the Enlisted Reserve. The necessary forms for filing may be obtained from the Special Represenative, Civil Service Commission, Com-mission, 418 Kiesel Building, Og-den, Og-den, the Manager, l?h Civil Service Ser-vice District, 136 New Customhouse, Custom-house, Denver, Colorado, or the Secretary, Board of U. S. Civil Service Examiners at any first or second-class post office in the state of Utah, and may be filed until further notice with the Special Representative, Civil Service Commission, Com-mission, 418 Kiesel Building, Og-den, Og-den, Utah. |
