The Just-a-Mer.e Bridge club met Friday afternoon at the home of Mrs. George Beutler. Luncheon was served to 12 ladies. Banquet and dance, 7:00 p.m., Saturday The Book Luree Literary club entertained their partners at a banquet and dance Thursday ev-1 ening at the Junior high school. Mrs. Walter Suengrove was toast mistress; a piano solo was given1 by Mrs. Parley Winn; vocal duet by Mr. and Mrs. Bert Reese of Benson; piano duet by Mrs. Bessie Heaps and Mrs. Bernice Clawson. Luncheon was served to 32, and the remainder of the evening was spent in dancing. The Junior Literary club and their partners were guests at the dance. Those in charge of the arrangements were Wilda Plowman. Plow-man. Eve Reese, Peggy Hurren, Venice Pitcher and Shirley Winn. Mrs. May Douglass was in charge of the banquqet. Mrs. Wilford Woodruff entertained enter-tained at a children's party in honor of her daughter Carol's 4th birthday anniversary.
