Sgt. Coleman arrived overseas in June 1944, at Oro Bay, New iiuinea. Before arriving at Luzon Lu-zon In the Philippines, he served at Mllna Bay, New Guinea; Aitapo, New Guinea, and at Moro-tai, Moro-tai, Netherlands East Indies. Ho attended the North Cache High School at Richmond, Utah, and before entering the Army, was employed as a brickmaker it the Smithfield Brick and Tile Company. Sgt. Coleman Is authorized to wear the Asiatic-Pacific Theatre Ribbon with two Campaign Stars, the Philippine Liberation Ribbon, the American Defense Ribbon, the American Theatre Ribbon, and the Good Conduct Medal. |
