Show On Probation Three Get Reprieves From Jail Sentences Three young men previously convicted in First District court were placed on probation Wednesday Wednes-day by Judge Marriner M. Morn-son Morn-son after a report on their cases by the adult probation officer. Wayne Dahle, 18. and De Vern Sparks, 20, of Clarkston, were placed on probation after previously previous-ly receiving sentences of from one to five years in the state .pen-itentiary .pen-itentiary on carnal knowledge charges. They were convicted of illicit relations with the same 16-year-old Logan girl on the same date last June. George Egan, 18, who has been residing in California, was placed on probation after he was convicted con-victed but not sentenced on a forgery for-gery charge. |
