Show Dairy Tests Will be Made For Huberculosis A comprehensive program for tuberculosis testing of about 16,000 Cache county dairy cattle is being organized under the direction of Dr. J. I. Cutis, state veterinarian, Lloyd R. Hunsaker, county agricultural agricul-tural agent, announced today. At a meeting in Logan Wednes-i Wednes-i day night, the county was divided into four districts for the work and a county veterinarian was assigned to each district, Mr. Hunsaker Hun-saker said. Conducting the tests will be Dr. O. Wennergren and Dr. O. G. Larsen of Logan, Dr. Archie Ar-chie Egbert of Smithfield, and Dr. H. W. Stevens of Lewiston. , The work will begin as soon as the rush harvest season is over and will be continued about two months under direction of the state board of agriculture. The county agent's office will send out notices of appointments to dairymen and assign the veterinarians to individual individ-ual farms. |
