Show m, a 4-H PHEASANT CLUB NEWS The Smithfield Junior Wildlife club held their fifth meeting of 5 the year at the home of Lyle' Miehaelis, May 8th at 8 p.m. The following, problems were dtscussed: selecting members for the Health Day Float; plans for To win success, no mattei what- your line, you first have tc "sell" yourself, that is, to get the absolute conviction that you can accomplish what you are trying try-ing or planning to accomplish. -.m.uu, lue unai cneckup was had on pheasant equipment and requirements which consists of the following: six bantam henc or more and one rooster; each member is to grow out 50 leghorn leg-horn cockerals and keep an accurate ac-curate record on them. Each member is to have a holding pen, Plant four five cen packages of lettuce seed, and keep a scrap-book scrap-book on 4-H news items and pictures pic-tures of interest on wildlife. Lyle gave his report on hatching hatch-ing eggs -with an incubator. The next meeting will be held at the home of Vincent Miiti-gan, Miiti-gan, May 22 at 8 p.m |
