Show LOCALS The two Smithfield camps of the daughters of the Utah Plo-neers, Plo-neers, will meet on Monday, May .13 with the faculty and students of the Smithfield Junior High School at 2:45 P. M. The history of the National and Utah State flags will be given by the members, after which the state flag will be presented- to the school. All pioneers and numbers of the parent-teachers association are cordially invited to attend. Mrs. Pearl Gordon, chairman of the decorating committee for the city Health Day float, reports that those in charge have a very well arranged and decorated float ready for the parade. The opening , of the summer kindergarten has been set for Monday, May 20, at 9 o'clock at the Summit School. Mrs. Leonard Olson will conduct the class, and the term will last for six weeks. |
