FAIR DATES MOVED AHEAD ONE WEEK BY FAIR DIRECTORS no bids accepted for painting exhibit building buildings I 1 the dates of the carbon county fair were nere changed from september 1819 19 19 and 20 to september 1213 12 13 and 14 at a meeting ot 0 the fair far board held tuesday at th court house the date of the fair f 1 r wen weri changed because they conflicted with those of the juab county fair ard it would be impossible to get the race horses and other entertainments here at those dates the present dates conflict with the sanpete coun ty fair but due to the fact that san pete county bars all race horse horses but those grown in from com compe PC the race horse lorse string will be sent to carbon count at this time it will be possible to get the meter for two days although there were thirteen bid ders for the p punting of the fair i buildings no contracts were award cd at the meeting due to the fact that neither ape of paint nor the color wanted was specified it was decided that all bids would be re turned unopened and that those in tc rated could make male new lidi at the next meeting march 17 the fair board specified that the fair build ing should be painted gray with mineral paint and lindeid lin seid 0 I 1 I 1 A committee consisting of J ben I 1 and d L wa was ap p pointed poi ted for the purpose ct ef netting meeting with the tile city council anil and county corn com 1110 11 mission ao to urge the straightening of I 1 the south west cornair corn fir cf tf lle the fair grounds so that there will ill be enough room if IL luew x building ie Is erected
