morgan school buildings to be rushed work will begin on morgan county school districts building program just as soon as architects specifications have been drafted supt bupt L W christensen said monday in answer to numerous inquiries from morgan county citizens mr air christensen points out that only preliminary specifications had been prepared by the architect prior to the special bond election it is now low necessary to prepare detailed plans for the buildings before the project can be advertised for bids we are taking all necessary steps to speed up the construction program said the superintendent in order that we may relieve our overcrowded over crowded facilities as soon as possible
